The Amsterdam passenger terminal is located in the heart of the city and is only a short walk from the city centre.

Amsterdam Centraal Station, which is the city's main transport hub is only about a 10-minute walk away from the passenger terminal as well. You will find tram stops and taxi ranks here that can take you into the city centre with a quick and easy ride.

If your cruise ship docks in Ijmuiden instead, then it should take around 45 minutes by bus to Amsterdam. There is usually a transfer service for passengers into the city.
