Before the modern mega-ship era there was a golden age of traditional cruising…which thankfully, you can still enjoy. We’re talking older, smaller ships with an emphasis on heritage, history and traditions which once on board you become part of. Expect set dining times that encourage a more sociable experience, and destinations that include less obvious (or crowded) ports of call.
