Frequently asked questions to help with your booking.

You can view your booking with us by logging into the My Trip area of our website, which can be found in the top right corner of the screen or by clicking here. To log in to the My Trip area, you will need to enter the email address you booked with and your Seascanner booking reference.

If you need to make an amendment to your booking, please fill out the Manage My Trip form which you can find by clicking here. Please note that it may not be possible to make changes to your booking depending on the nature of the change and the rules of the cruise line.

For any changes to your booking that can be made, we reserve the right to charge an amendment fee of £25 per person, in addition to any further charges from the cruise line.

If you have any medical or mobility needs you should have contacted us prior to booking. If you haven't already made us aware then you must do this as soon as possible after booking. This is because we need to ensure that the cruise line is aware and can accommodate your request. If you have not already made us aware of your medical or mobility needs please click here to fill out the Manage My Trip form and we will do our best to assist you.

If you will be bringing a wheelchair or mobility scooter onboard you should have contacted us prior to booking. If you haven't already made us aware then you must do this as soon as possible after booking. This is because we need to ensure that the cruise line is aware and can accommodate your request. If you have not already made us aware of your wheelchair or mobility scooter please click here to fill out the Manage My Trip form and we will do our best to assist you.

Unless you have booked a package deal, we are currently unable to provide flights and accommodation for our cruise only bookings.

If booking your package holiday a long way in advance, we may not have the exact flight and hotel details available at the time of booking. However, we will provide as much information as we can about airport location and dates, plus hotel star rating and general area.

We will then contact you 7 months prior to your departure with all the details required for your holiday. This will include your airline and flight times, plus your hotel name, address and room details.

If your departure is 7 or more months away, please do not contact about flight and hotel details.

If you wish to add an item such as a drinks package to your booking, please fill out the Manage My Trip form by clicking here. Please be aware that it may not always be possible to add things on to your booking depending on the nature of your request and cruise line policies.

Each cruise line has their own different way of checking in, but this can mostly be done online before your cruise. To ensure you can check-in online, please complete all of the relevant information in your Cruise Personaliser. Unfortunately, if you do not complete your Cruise Personaliser, your tickets will not be released to you.

If you decide to cancel your cruise for any reason, then you will forfeit the deposit that you paid when placing your booking with us. If you have already paid your balance in full, then you will be subject to the relevant cancellation fees from the appropriate cruise line, as well as a £50 per person cancellation fee from Seascanner.

If you would like to cancel your booking with us, please fill out the Manage My Trip form.

The majority of cruise lines now issue e-tickets and boarding passes. The only exception to this is Seabourn who issue a paper ticket which we will send to you.

To be able to release your tickets, you need to fill out all the required information in your Cruise Personaliser and complete the online check-in process. Once you have done this, you will be able to access your e-tickets and boarding passes in the Cruise Personaliser. The only exception to this is with MSC, where we will forward you your e-ticket after you have completed the online check-in process.
